Our late Georgian family guest house, circa 1830, offers first class bed and breakfast accommodation, set in a quiet residential street just ten minutes stroll from Canterbury city centre with its magnificent cathedral and many places of historic interest. It is ideally situated for exploring the city, coastline or the beautiful Kent countryside and is an ideal location for short breaks, long weekends or business trips. All of the hotel bedrooms have been professionally designed to a high standard, offering either single, twin, double, queen or king-sized beds. All rooms have en-suite facilities, with either a bath and shower room, or en-suite shower room. The Garden Room has a queen-sized four poster bed and spacious bathroom. It is situated on the ground floor and is ideal for that special occasion - honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, a special guest, or simply to spoil yourself. With complimentary drinks on arrival, everything is done to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Magnolia House is not licensed, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks - corkscrews, ice and chillers can all be provided. It is a strictly non smoking hotel. Guests have their own keys and free access throughout the day to their rooms and the guest sitting room, which is well stocked with books, magazines, board games and tourist information. There is an extensive range of sample menus from the excellent local restaurants, all within walking distance. We will happily make reservations to the theatre, restaurants and other visitor and historic attractions for you.

From M25 - Exit M25 jnct 2 onto the A2. Follow the A2 onto the M2. Exit M2 at jnct 7. At roundabout take fourth exit onto A2. Exit to the left onto the slip road. Bear left onto the A2050. At the roundabout take first exit onto London Road, turn right onto St Dunstans Terrace. From Dover - Follow the A258 onto the A2. Then take the turn off for A28. At the roundabout take first exit onto A290. At the next roundabout take the next exit onto A290 Saint Peter's Place. Turn left onton St Dunstans Street then left onto Orchard Street. Then right onto St Dunstans Terrace.
