Leaving the airport following road signs to "VENEZIA" . At one stage crossing the Venetian lagoon on a 4 km long bridge until arriving to "PIAZZALE ROMA" Distance from Airport to Venezia aprox 12 km. From "Piazzale Roma" taking the pubblic boat number 82 aprox ? 6,00 per person. Leaving the pubblic boat at "San Tomà", follow narrow lane for 50 meters, turn right and walk 10 meters until reaching "Campo San Tomà". Keep the church of "San Tomà" on your right side. Arriving at "Campiello San Tomà", turn left and reach a small canal. Looking for a small bridge, cross the bridge and walk for 20 meters straight on until reaching "Rio Terrà dei Nomboli". On the right you find a verry narrow lane. Follow that lane until its end and you will find the back entrance of the hotel. The hotel can even better be reached by private taxi boat. Just mention "Hotel Palazzo Barbarigo sul Canal Grande" and you will arrive direct to the front of the hotel.

The city can be reached from the airport by pubblic bus, by pubblic boat transportation, by taxi boat and by regular taxi cab. All instruction can easily be found at the exit of the airport.
