Property Description

Gulf Winds Resort welcomes you to relax in the sun by our sparkling pool or play a game of shuffleboard. Property offers free parking, a heated swimming pool, laundry facilities, shuffleboard and suites with full kitchens. The guest that the room is under must be at least 25 years of age to check in. Only one parking space per condo rented will be offered. Note there is a USD 10.00 plus tax per night/per room fee charged that covers parking, local phone calls and Internet, where available. For housekeeping a 24-hour notice is required. Fees range from USD 25.00 to USD 45.00. No set schedule. Check-in times are Mon.-Sat. 3pm-5pm, Sundays 1pm-5pm. Please check in at the front desk. Guest must have a valid ID and credit card for incidentals and must be over 21 at check-in. Check-out is at 10am. For after hours check-in please call 1-866-398-2970 for instructions. Keys are left in a lock box just outside office door. St. Pete Beach is filled with lots of historical landmarks, wonderful restaurants, beautiful sunsets and picture perfect weather. Enjoy unlimited water sports, casino cruises, golf, and boating. The historical Corey Avenue District is home to specialty shops, restaurants and even a beach theater.
