Additionally/ we are centrally located to several of the most plentiful hunting and game sites in New England. As autumn transitions into winter/ the Carrabassett Valley enters its peak season. The Herbert is close to Sugarloaf and Saddleback mountains which provide excellent cross-country/ alpine and nordic skiing and the Blackfly Loop/ a system of snowmobile trails running throughout Maine and into New Hampshire.
