These two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium units are spacious, and offer a full kitchen opening to a large family room and dining area. Amenities at Heron Pointe include indoor and outdoor pools, a whirlpool and sauna, private screened porches, and washer and dryer in each unit. Situated near the Apache Pier, various golf courses, and the famed Restaurant Row of Myrtle Beach, this condominium community offers easy access to the heart of restaurants in Myrtle Beach, golf, entertainment and shopping. We will gladly refund your reservation deposit less a USD 50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Check-in is located at the Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals office at Pelicans Landing- 9581 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed. A cleaning fee of USD 100.00 plus tax will be charged at check-in. Additionally, a USD 100.00 refundable damage waiver fee will be charged at check-in. During certain holiday periods, a USD 200.00 cash security deposit is required and returned after unit has been checked and cleared. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Office hours are from 8.30 am to 5 pm daily. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. All check-ins are at 9581 Shore Drive. If your arrival will be later than 5pm, please call the office at 888-828-6740 or 843-449-0467 for instructions on how to obtain your unit keys and information. The Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach is close to all things that make family vacations fun.
