Whether you are in town for work or play, the Dover House is an ideal location to enjoy a fantastic resort in beautiful, sunny South Florida. Please inquire regarding the availability of handicap-accessible units. We offer handicap parking, wheelchair ramps, and ADA compliant toilet seats. Our units also have showers with grab bars. Customers who book must call property at 1-561-276-0309 at least 72 hours prior to arrival to obtain unit access and provide required contact information. Our front office is open 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri. and 8am-7pm on Saturdays. Closed Sunday. Please note that there is a USD 250.00 deposit to be collected at check-in, which is released upon check out. Because the release may take 7-10 business days, it is not recommended that you use an ATM card to pay the deposit. Additionally, baby cribs and rollaways may be rented for USD 15 per week. Customers who book must call property at 1-561-276-0309 at least 72 hours prior to arrival to obtain unit access and provide required contact information. Check-in is at 4 pm. Please check in upstairs in the courtyard building in the lobby. Check-out is at 10 am.
