Each privately owned condo is fully equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryers and jetted tubs. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The 21.4 percent tax breakdown is as follows: 13.4 percent city tax and 8 percent reservation processing fee. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Check-in at the Bear Creek Lodge located at, 135 San Joaquin Road. The front desk is open 7am-11pm during regular season with shortened hours during the off-season. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If you arrive after the office has closed for the day, you will find a key packet with your name on it inside the lock box located outside the front door. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in, a 15 % cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed.
