From I-44 or I-55, take I-270 North/West and travel approximately 15 miles to the Page Avenue East exit. Stay on the ramp for Lackland Road and turn left.

All Westbound interstates merge to cross the Mississippi River. Cross into St. Louis and merge onto I-64 West. Stay on I-64 for approximately 15 miles. Take I-270 North and exit at Page Avenue East. Stay on the ramp for Lackland Road and turn left.
