Our low-rise units are surrounded by lush tropical gardens complete with a charming koi (carp) pool.Apartments have been attractively furnished by their owners to reflect the casual Hawaiian lifestyle. All units include fully equipped kitchens and private furnished lanais. Wide doorways in the living area open to welcome the tropical breezes and ceiling fans ensure relaxing comfort. Daily maid service is - of course - provided.Our gardens offer guests a swimming pool - whirlpool - shuffleboard - and gas and charcoal barbecues with picnic areas. There is a sandy beach adjacent to the property. Our activities desk will be pleased to make all the necessary arrangements whether its golfing at the nearby Kaanapali courses - a luau - sunset cruise - and bicycle ride down Mt. Haleakala. Guarantee Policy

All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.

Childrens Activity Program. Available 8AM-2PM Mon-Fri / 5-930PM Fri. Supervised activities include ukulele lessons - kite making - scavenger hunts - Hawaiian arts and crafts - and includes morning snack and lunch. Friday evening activities include dinner. Cost is 25USD per child per day. There is also a 10USD per child enrolment fee that includes a souvenir t-shirt.
