Guarantee Policy

All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.

Guests can dine either indoors or on the patio, family style dining. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, casual attire. * The Beach Club Bar - Open 7am-10pm Monday-Sunday, Happy Hour every afternoon from 3pm-5:30pm. Live entertainment, tropical attire. * In-room dining - All suites include a fully equipped kitchen with microwave so guests can enjoy *at home* convenience. Hotel rooms have refrigerator only.
