Rates*

Free Audition/Consultation: ONE FREE audition/consultation is offered to each client.  This is where the quartet plays live for a group of brides/couples. This allows you to audition the quartet and have a private consultation. If you are unable to attend a scheduled audition/consultation, a sample CD is available to help in selecting your music.
Your consultation can also be done over the phone if necessary.

Minimum Fees*:
The minimum fee is $400-$600 depending on distance for up to 1 hour.  Most wedding ceremonies require only one hour. 
For a Full Mass (Catholic wedding) there is a 1-1/2 hour minimum time requirement (starts at$500). 
There is 2-hour minimum time requirement for selected locations.

Overtime: If your event is longer than 15 minutes over the reserved time, you will be billed in 1/2-hour increments.

Nonrefundable Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of one half the total fee is required to secure your date and time.  The balance is due 15 days before your date and is nonrefundable.

Travel, Mileage, and Parking:For jobs outside the greater Sacramento area, there is a mileage fee.  Parking fees for one car must be paid where applicable.

Rehearsals: Rehearsals are required with soloists or for special music.  It is not necessary for the quartet to attend your wedding rehearsal.    

Arrangements/Transpositions: There is a charge to arrange or transpose a song.

Breaks:  For jobs that are 2 hours or longer, the quartet will take a 15-minute break each hour beginning after the 1st hour.
