Carmen T. Blandino, a Certified Wedding Specialist and a partner in Princess And Lords, has been a party planner in Southern California since 1986. In 1997 she refined her services to  concentrate on Special Events such as weddings and Quinceañeras. She just released two new books: TRADITIONS: A Hispanic Wedding Planner, and TRADITIONS: A Quinceañera Planner.
Carmen is recognized as an authority on Hispanic/Latino Weddings and Quinceañeras, by Weddings Beautiful Worldwide and by the Association for Wedding Professionals International.
Carmen is the host of VoiceAmerica.com’s new radio talk show, The Wedding Hour, on which she interviews wedding professionals and takes live calls from brides and grooms-to-be.
In February 2001, Carmen presented a seminar at the Weddings Beautiful Worldwide 50th anniversary seminar, in Las Vegas, on the subject of Hispanic Weddings and Quinceañeras.
Carmen also owns Mardan’s Bridal & Accessories, which includes accessories, gowns and tuxedos.
