Mr. Miley is an associate in the full service law firm of Schulman & Grode, in affiliation with the Los Angeles firm of Wolf, Rifkin & Shapiro. Mr. Miley is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada, and practices in all areas of Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Complex Litigation, Landlord and Tenant Law, Construction Defects, Products Liability, Community Association Law, and Real Estate Litigation. Mr. Miley obtained a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and a Masters in International Management Studies from the University of Texas, and receive his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. Mr. Miley is an Adjunct Professor in the Finance department at UNLV and teaches Real Estate, International Business Law, and the Legal Environments of Business. Mr. Miley is a member of the State Bar of Nevada Consumer protection committee, the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Panel and is a fee dispute arbitrator.
In his practice, Mr. Miley has successfully represented numerous insurance companies, casinos, and doctors in professional liability actions. Mr. Miley has spoken at numerous continuing legal education courses. Mr. Miley is also a Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for Las Vegas township.
