Familiarization - The experience of becoming familiar with something or someplace. Here is an opportunity to visit the destination you are thinking of for your wedding and get a feel for it in person. Just like Travel Agents have always done to learn about the locations they promote, now you can arrange a Fam trip and experience your location first hand before you plan your event there. In most cases airfare is not included. We do have a link for a discounted airfare below.

How it will work. Complete the request form (linked below) marking where you are interested in experiencing for your wedding. We have locations along with participating hotels below. We will introduce you to a wedding coordinator from your area to go with you or have one meet you there. You get to experience the area and visit a few locations that are offering the program. The rates will be much lower then if you booked the hotel on your own. Some hotels will only offer these trips during their "low" season so your preferred date or location may not be available.
