Bring 4 guests (from 4 different companies) and get in this mixer for free, plus receieve a Complimentary Pass to a Future Mixer. If you do plan to bring a guest, please let us know by the RSVP date so we will have an accurate count.
• If more than one person attends from the guest company you only get $5 off your admission
• For each guest you bring from a different company, you receieve $5 off your admission
• Guest cannot be a person from your company.
• Guest must be from a non-member company.
Vicaya is Northern California’s most romantic wedding and reception facility. Surrounded by beautiful, colorful gardens and three fountains. This incomparable building features unique stained glass domes, and many arched windows overlooking vibrant flower beds and a huge iron fountain. The Vizcaya can accommodate 40 to 400 people.
Adjacent to Vizcaya Pavilion is Vizcaya Mansion. This elegant Victorian has nine splendid sleeping rooms and is also used by brides as a honeymoon location.
Ceremonies are usually held on the private brick patio behind the mansion. Shaded by an ancient, sprawling oak tree, it provides an intimate outdoor haven - complete with a Victorian gazebo. Professionally manicured
flower gardens and two beautiful fountains surround the ceremony site. Full service catering, uniformed professional staff, and complete detailing of the event, makes any event here a special one.

If you are a member, be sure to bring flyers, brochures, magazines and/or business cards to set out on our Members’ Brochure table (space is limited, so please bring minimum amount)!

If this is your first time attending an AFWPI Mixer please let us know when you rsvp, and when you arrive. Our ambassadors will be delighted to greet you and introduce you to our members and other guests, so you will feel more comfortable.
Please be sure you stop by the AFWPI table to pick up information, ask questions, or just to Say HI! You want to bring plenty of business cards to give to other professionals. In addition we will have a special drawing for our first-time guests, so be sure to leave a business card at our informtation table.

No RSVPs accepted after July 5th However, you may attend the mixer without an RSVP.
