Rules
1- All Afwpi member Photographers
in the 209, 530, 707, 775 & 916 area codes are invited to enter.
2- May submit 2 photos, taken at the Yolo Fliers Club.
with a
"Best Spot" (your imagination). Small fee of $20 to enter. (goes to
Club & covers refreshments)
3- Photos will be voted on by media judges & current
Afwpi members.
4- Each photographer may bring one assistant with them to
participate. Gowns salons will provide
dresses that can be used. There will be a few models available to
shoot. We ask you if possible, bring one.
If you need models I suggest you register at Model Mayhem it is free and
there are 200 listed in the Sacramento area.
5- All photographers agree that any photos entered may be
used by the sponsors in their marketing. (Photo credit will be given!)
The winner
will be added to the preferred vendor list of the Yolo Fliers Club and
will have the exclusive right to show the logo.
6- You must follow All Yolo Fliers Club Guidelines. You will
only have access to public areas and are not permitted to cross fences..

PW Jitters will provide the gown to the photographer on
Sunday for pick up.

Guidelines
1- Contest is set for August 24th, all photos to be submitted by August
26th to Contest Email
2- All entries submitted must be in digital 600x700 pixels, 300 pixels
per inch and in RGB JPEG format in Portrait style.
3- Photos will be judged by August 28th and the winner will be
announced September 1st at the Sugar Mill Mixer
4- Winners gets exclusive use of the Special 2009 Yolo Fliers Club
Banner.
Will be added to the Preferred List of professionals at the Club
Have the special Yolo Fliers Club Banner added to their Afwpi profile
at no charge.
5- To enter the contest you must
rsvp so we can get your name to the gate for admitance. Please let
me know what day you
plan to enter. This is being sent to all photographers on my mailing
list. You need not be a current members of Afwpi to enter the contest.
