You have our 800# printed on your wedding invitations. Your guests are then free to call 24hrs a day with confirmation or regrets. We answer as many calls as we can in person from 9am-9pm. This allows us to get the RSVP and any other information you need. We can get meal choice or names if you are doing place cards or a separate childrens count or we can help ensure an "Adult Only " reception.
Guests are also able to ask us questions like where you are registered, where to mail the gifts and so on. If your guests don't respond by the RSVP date we will call them to get the confirmation or the regret. Leaving you with a very accurate count. You will know if each and every guest is attending.
