The Office of Textiles and Apparel (OTEXA) and the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service/Spain (USCS) is pleased to announce that for the first time a USA Pavilion will be organized at NoviaEspaña international bridal/special occasion apparel and accessories trade fair in Barcelona, Spain, June 16-18, 2006.  Established in 1991, Novia España has grown into one of the premier trade fairs for the bridal/special occasion apparel industry in Europe.

Products: Bridal, Ceremonial, Special Occasion, Communion, and Men’s Formal Apparel and Accessories.

Exhibitors: NoviaEspaña attracts approximately 125 manufacturers of bridal/special occasion apparel and accessories from Spain and other countries including: Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Russia, Japan, and the United States.

Visitors:  Approximately 11,250 trade visitors.  40% of the trade visitors are from outside the Iberian Peninsula including Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, South America, Russia, Japan, Belgium, Greece, and the United States.

USA Pavilion:  OTEXA will sponsor a USA Pavilion for qualified U.S. manufacturers and suppliers of bridal/special occasion apparel and accessories.  For NoviaEspaña we are offering our participants three participation packages to choose from.  These packages do not include your travel and per diem expenses or shipment of your collections to and from the fair:

(A)  NOVIAESPAÑA PREMIUM PACKAGE (Includes Irish Wedding Fair)
       Booth Size: 20sqm
       Price: $5,000
Amenities: Exhibitors are offered a “turn-Key” package of services including: space rental, booth construction, lighting, carpeting, platform, hanging rods, mirror, furnishings (table, three chairs, trash can, ashtrays, and booth decorations), signage, catalog listing, utility hook-up, hospitality, insurance, media presentation, pre-show and on-site marketing and promotion, and pool interpreters.

In addition to the aforementioned services that you will receive at NoviaEspaña, you will also have the opportunity to participate in the Irish Wedding Fair held on October 14-15, 2006 in Limerick, Ireland without any additional participation fees (travel and per-diem are not included).   The exhibitor package includes a table, tablecloth, chair, and spotlight.  Additional fixtures and equipment are available. 

The booth size is 3x1 meters.  Additional space is available.  The Irish Wedding Fair is one of the premier wedding fairs in Ireland.

(B)  NOVIAESPAÑA STANDARD PACKAGE (Excludes Irish Wedding Fair)
       Booth Size: 15 sqm
       Price: $3,400
Amenities: Exhibitors are offered a “turn-Key” package of services including: space rental, booth construction, lighting, carpeting, platform, hanging rods, mirror, furnishings (table, three chairs, trash can, ashtrays, and booth decorations), signage, catalog listing, utility hook-up, hospitality, insurance, media presentation, pre-show and on-site marketing and promotion, and pool interpreters.

(C)     USA CATALOG SHOWCASE
           Price: $600
Amenities:  You may submit up to 30 catalogs/brochures to be displayed in our USA business information booth.  Sales Leads obtained at the show will be sent to you in a spreadsheet after the show.

Spain is one of the principle European markets for bridal/special occasion apparel and accessories.  The Bridal/Special Occasion market in Spain is worth approximately $330 million with over 200,000 marriages recorded annually in Spain.

NoviaEspaña is an ideal show for U.S. manufacturers and suppliers to meet key decision makers in the bridal/special occasion industry and to introduce their collections to the European Market.
